The company has identified five main objectives that are critical to the achievement of the aims of its Mission Statement. These objectives are:
 

1. The expansion of the portfolio of successful services that are offered to its customers to potentially meet any new security needs that may arise, as well as the attainment and retention of new customers from any new and current markets.
    
2. The creation and preservation of a culture of constant learning, innovation and continual improvements within the company
    
3. The achievement and preservation of job satisfaction for all the company’s employees
    
4. The attainment of various premier industry accreditations such as SIA Approved Contractor and ISO 9001:2008, which enable the company to improve all aspects of the management of its operations and staff, and also serve to demonstrate the company’s professionalism to all stakeholders associated with all company activities
    
5. The enhancement of partnerships between the company, its customers, contractors, business partners and all other stakeholders associated with all company activities
